We work out of Ephrata in Lancaster County, and we cover six Pennsylvania counties from there — Lancaster, Chester, Berks, Dauphin, York and Lebanon. Garages, basements, patios and pool decks, installed in a day.
Six counties, all worked from the one shop in Ephrata. Pick a county to see what we do there and the towns inside it.
These are the boroughs and townships that come up most often in the six counties we cover. Ephrata is the base, so Lancaster County is the densest, but we are out in the other five every week.
These towns do not have a page of their own yet, but they are all inside our normal working area.
These are the towns with a page of their own, not the only places we go. If you are anywhere nearby and your town is not listed, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Being twenty minutes away instead of two hours away changes the work itself, not just the drive.
A lot of what we grind around here is poured basement floors from the 1960s through the 80s — hand-troweled, often sealed at some point, sometimes patched. The newer developments are a different animal: harder power-troweled slabs with a tight surface. We know which one we are walking into before we unload.
If something needs looking at a year later, we can be there. That is the whole point of a lifetime warranty — it is only worth anything if the person who holds it can actually reach your driveway.
We are not driving three hours to get to you, so a single-car garage or a small utility room is still worth doing properly. No rushing the grind to make the trip pay.
Polyaspartic cures in a wider temperature range than epoxy, including the cold that stops epoxy outright. That means a Pennsylvania January is a working month for us, not a waiting list.
Garages, basements and pool decks from around the six counties. Full flake coverage, two clear polyaspartic topcoats.

The same system in every county we cover: diamond grind, flake broadcast by hand to rejection, two clear polyaspartic topcoats.

Including the apron where the door meets the driveway. No hot-tire pickup, back to parking in about 24 hours.

Ground open rather than acid etched, so the coating keys into the slab instead of sitting on old sealer.

Polyaspartic is UV-stable and does not amber, so an outdoor slab keeps its color in full sun.
Probably, yes. The town list is the places that come up most often, not a boundary. If you are inside Lancaster, Chester, Berks, Dauphin, York or Lebanon county, assume we cover you and call to confirm the date.
We will give you one firm number at the estimate and that number covers getting to you. Nothing about the drive gets added afterwards.
Our normal working area is the six counties around Ephrata — Lancaster, Chester, Berks, Dauphin, York and Lebanon. That puts most jobs inside about an hour of the shop. Further than that we will look at case by case; ask and we will answer straight.
Yes. If you have several properties in the area we can schedule them together, which usually means fewer separate mobilizations. Tell us all the addresses at the estimate stage so we can plan the order.
Our service area is these six Pennsylvania counties. We are not set up to travel out of state for residential work. If you are just over a line and close to us, call and ask rather than guessing.
Tell us the room, roughly how big it is and when you want it done. We will measure, look at the slab and give you a price that does not move.
