Age of the concrete, whether anything has been coated over it before, any damp or spalling you have noticed, and how the room is used. This is also when we tell you where the schedule stands.

No, we don’t charge for the estimate. We’ll schedule a measuring appointment where we take accurate dimensions, inspect the concrete, show you flake samples, and provide a firm written price for the exact scope we discuss. We’ll explain the terms before booking anything, so there are no surprises.
It depends on the time of year, and we will tell you the current schedule when we call. Polyaspartic cures across a wider temperature range than epoxy, so we are not limited to the warm months the way an epoxy installer is — but spring and early fall are the busiest stretches, and a floor you want done for a specific date is worth starting early.
Yes, and the one-day install is what makes that realistic. A typical residential garage or basement is ground, coated and finished in a single visit, you can walk on it four to six hours after the final topcoat, and you can park on it about twenty-four hours later — so it costs you one day, not a week of the room being unusable.
